Returns & Exchanges
Due to limited available quantities, all sales are final except for damaged goods. For damaged goods, we offer a return or exchange for all US customers only.
If your item is damaged upon delivery, you must request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date your order is received.

Once your damaged return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at any UPS location.
We only accept returns of damaged items purchased from dovecameron.com.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Refunds for Damaged Goods
Available for damaged goods only. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date of delivery for processing and inspection.
Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.
If your return is accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
