The most important measurement to match is the CHEST. You can also check the other measurements and if you find your measurement is longer then size up to accomodate. Never size down as the chest will be too small. Measure your body as follows:

CHEST: Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back.
SHOULDER WIDTH Pass the tape measure straight across from the tip of one shoulder to the other, just above your shoulder blades.
BODY LENGTH This is a vertical measurement from the top of your shoulders to where you would like the hoodie to end at your waist.
SLEEVE LENGTH Keeping your arm straight by your side, measure from the tip of your shoulder to the base of your thumb.
WAIST Pass the tape measure around your natural waistline, at the narrowest point of your waist. The tape measure should sit snugly against your body, but should not be pulled too tight.
